In no event shall CrushAgent.com be liable for any misuse or distribution of information about any person or the subsequent damages created by the distribution of said information. By signing up for an account on CrushAgent.com or by filling out a "love survey" on CrushAgent.com, the visitor agrees to not hold CrushAgent.com liable for any damages caused by using our service. All information received by CrushAgent.com is volunteered, and a link to this privacy policy can be found on the bottom of every page on CrushAgent.com. Furthermore, users must consent to having read this privacy policy prior to submitting their answers to the CrushAgent.com "love test"

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect the e-mail addresses of people who register at our site, and do NOT redistribute or sell these e-mail addresses to any third parties.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail for resolution of bugs and internal problems with the web site.

Except where explicitly stated above, the e-mail addresses we collect are used for internal review (ie. validity) and to maintain user accounts.

The personal information collected in CrushAgent.com's love tests is e-mailed to the person who generated the survey (if they selected the option to receive the results) and then immediately discarded. We do not have this information or store it on our servers.

CrushAgent.com reserves the right to remove the user's account at any time without notice.

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.
With respect to Ad Servers: To try and bring the visitor offers that are of interest, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our Web pages.
